Help and support modal

We added a help & support icon to the side bar that opens up a modal with helpful links to our documentation and changelog. You can also easily reach out to the PopSQL team for support!
Additionally, we fixed a small bug where clicking on Send Feedback did not always trigger a window to be opened.
